Sinking Spring

Sinking Spring is a borough of over 4,000 at the time of the 2010 US Census and includes an area of 1.4 square miles.  It is located in western Berks County and was built on top of many underground streams and springs that create sinkholes and is why it was named Sinking Spring.

There are a wide variety of parks throughout the borough including pavilions, walking trails, athletic fields, and playground equipment. 

Drive along Penn Ave in Sinking Spring and you will see many commercial buildings, stores, restaurants, cafes, and more.  Berks County residents like the wide variety of businesses here.  Because of this variety, it makes Sinking Spring a great place to live.
